Smooth "W" Decklid, Fiberglass, 1966 and Older Beetle, ELW-1 adds the EARLY look to your car, even if you didn't originally have a "W" Decklid! This latches on the 1963 and older aprons, and uses the old T handle. You can put this on 1964 and Newer cars too if you just change the rear apron and decklid handle to early style!!

Pictures really do not do these deck lids justice! They are exceptionally smooth, with only minor prep work needed prior to final paint. Hand Laminated Fiberglass is a LOT stronger and more durable than "Chopper Gun" fiberglass products, and they come with a pre-primed and easy sanding gelcoat finish, making prep for paint quick and easy!

Putting this "W" Decklid on your beetle makes it look a lot older!

1964 and Later Beetle Owners! You can install this on 1964 and later cars if you change the rear apron to the early style!

However, time until shipment will be AT LEAST 3 weeks, and is often as long as 8 WEEKS for time for manufacture and hand-lamination. There is no guarantee on timeframe of delivery, but typically CCC products are done and shipped within 4-8 weeks. Your CCC items will ship to you separately from your other requested items, and via US Postal Method or TRUCK FREIGHT regardless of the shipping method you select at time of order. There are NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES on Creative Car Craft products except at the sole discretion of Aircooled.Net. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your product.

Once we receive your order request, we will contact the freight carriers to get an updated Freight Quote for you. Freight costs approx $100 more if your delivery address is in a Residential or Rural location. Freight costs more if you require a Liftgate enabled truck for delivery. If the final/verified freight cost comes back substantially higher than the estimate, you will be given the option to cancel the order.
